Computer Tune-Up - $50

• Perform system updates and improve PC speed and performance, including startup and shutdown optimization, Windows updating, menu navigation improvement, quick launch and taskbar cleanup and program shortcut creation
• Enable basic security functions, including anti-phishing and pop-up blocking activation in Internet Explorer
• Apply Operating System Updates
• Remove unwanted programs and trialware
• Create desired user accounts (if applicable)
• Test and verify PC hardware and software functionality

Safety, Security, and Tune-Up (software included) - $100

• Install antivirus and antispyware software with current definitions and application updates.
• Run Complete Security Scan
• Remove all viruses, spyware, malware, and rootkits

Computer Set-up - $95 (includes FREE consultation to help make sure you get the best PC for you)

Wireless Networking - $65

• Set-up, configure, and safeguard your router
• Install and configure network adapters on 2 computers/devices (additional devices are $25 apiece)
• Secure networking, ensuring your information is safe, and no one else can access your signal.
• Enable sharing of files, printers, etc…

Lessons - $50/Hour
All lessons are customized according to your technical level and desired subject. We’re experts at both introducing the basics and diving into more advanced topics. We cal also show you how to use your digital camera, have a live video webchat with family, or master a particular program.

Annual Check-up - $120

• Hardware Diagnostic to check for any hardware issues
• Install software updates
• Computer cleaning – inside and out
• Safety, Security, and Tune-Up (software included)

     $35 Diagnostic Fee
     $50/Hour Labor (1 Hour Minimum)
     *Diagnostic fee is waived if service is performed

Software Installation - $35 per software title
